Damaged Orders:
I do my best to carefully package, protect, and ship your order to ensure safe delivery. Unfortunately, accidents happen that cause damage. For original artworks, I will try to fix any damage. If damage occurs during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.

All orders ship with insurance to protect your purchase. Suppose it is impossible to fix the artwork. In that case, I will submit an insurance claim with the shipper, and you can choose to receive a replacement or refund. 

Returns & Refunds:


Commissioned Artwork:
Refunds and Returns are not available for Commissioned Pieces. Because commissioned paintings are custom-made, I cannot use them for other customers. Thus, all commissioned sales are final.

Original Paintings:
If you are unhappy with your order within 14 days of purchasing an Original Painting, you can exchange it for a piece of equal or greater value. To initiate an exchange or return, please inform me within 72 hours of delivery or 14 days of the purchase date. If there are no available paintings you like, I will issue a partial refund. By proceeding with a return, you renounce 15% of the purchase price of the piece. In either case, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Limited/Open Edition Artworks:
I will handle Limited and Open Edition pieces on a case-by-case basis.

Any refunds may take up to 30 days to process fully.
