Loftry Logo Breakdown
For Loftry, the objective was to create a modern logo that comes off as high-class while appealing to younger generations. Loftry wanted to include a house-like shape into the design.
It was important to select a thinner sans serif typeface to achieve an elegant look. Because Loftry focuses mainly on the sale of lofts and studios, I wanted to share the minimal, yet fancy aesthetic that is associated with these types of residences into the design.
While working on the design, I initially created an icon separate from the logotype. While it was sufficient, I wanted to include the icon in the name itself. Keeping with the minimalistic nature of the project, I opted for a hexagonal, house-like shape to function as the "O."
These Logo Mockups provide a practical, real-world application to test if the logo is functional on materials including signs, business cards, and the web.
